"We have had time now to sit back and reflect on our time biking in Japan with you. There is no doubt that the bike trip in Noto and beyond was one of the best and most memorable acation experiences we have ever had. We have traveled in many foreign places and there is always some trepidation when you don't know where you are going, what it will be like and how you will deal with all the challenges of a foreign country where you don't speak the language. I had many such worries about this trip and about what you had planned for us. For anyone considering a bike trip with you, my advice is to just do sign up and trust Paul to make it great. You knew much better than I did what we would like to do and where we would like to stay, so I need not have worried at all. The biking was incredibly good- great scenery, less traveled roads and paths, perfect weather, great bikes and well planned distances and stops. The food was exotic, varied and delicious. The places we stayed were all comfortable, different in style, each with its own charm and novelty. The highlight for me was Hyakurakuso which is probably the most enjoyable and elegant place I have ever stayed. We will be talking about the trip for a long time to come and will recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Japan. Take care and we hope to see you again in the future"
